Cracking open big PS2 archives

I don't have a mod chip but so far I've been able to play just about any game I want with the GameShark 2 swap trick. Any game that's had problems I was able to fit onto 74-minute discs using audio downsampling and still play. The problem is that with the software I have I can only downsample files that are out in the open or are in AFS archives. Does anyone know of any software capable of going into big CVM and BIN (not CDRWIN bin/cues...) archives and pull out the files they contain? Thanks in advance.
