Pioneer A05 .gi burn incompatible with disk? Help

Just got a Pioneer A05 and installed RecordNow. I then DL'd a .gi game and tried to burn it with RecordNow but got the message:
"Image job untitled 1 Terminated with errors.
The type of job is incompatible with the type of disk."

I used a Verbatim DVD-R 2x dvd and then tried the Pioneer DVD-R 1-4X that came with the burner and got same message.

Any ideas or help greatly appreciated.

Try this link to make sure your using RECORDNOW correctly.

Look under tutorials then RECORDNOW MAX.

Allthough it's a playstation site and doesn't strictly fit in this forum it still good for the tutorial.

if you downloaded a game... it might be crc errors, i`m no expert but was told they are from a broken link or bad download. I remember something about using error checking option, but cant for the life of me remember how lol
