rip psx video data

hi , i want to make a multi psx cd but i dont know how to rip the video data, even though i read once but i dont get it , here is the
lines that i read:

Just take any old PC-RIP and search for a avi file which is 0 secs long and which only shows a black screen. Take this file and convert it to a str file. Then take this file and copy it to your "Collection CD" and give the file the same name as the file you want to rip. Overwrite all the VIDEOS you want to rip! This should bring

so is PC-RIP is a program? and where can i get a 0 secs avi file?

Hmmm....

So you wanna replace the big FMV files with blank 0 sec files to save space. I'm not sure you can create a 0 sec video files.

In terms of making a blank video file. You can do it with Flash.
Just make a black frame and save it as an .avi file. That should work but I don't think it will be 0 sec long.

PC-RIP? Never heard of it.

Here's what to do :

1. Make a picture file (320x240) with black all over
2. Convert the picture to avi format
3. Use an avi to str program and convert the file - Download it at http://www.megagames.com/psx/files/movieconverter.zip
