Does anyonw know whether the Xbox will read CDRs. Just tried copying a backup CDRW to CDR using Nero which seemed to work but the XBOX, which plays the CDRW, doesn't work. This XBOX is mod chipped.

older xbox's don't read cd-r some newer xbox's may read cd-r but as a general rule xbox's don't like cd-r better to use cd-rw or dvd

just a thought if the xbox will read a audio cd then it should read a cd-r "right?"

Yeh, bought some RWs today and that didn't work either. Anyone got an guidance for me.
