I need a bit of help with PSX-Change

I recently purchased Tokimeki Memorial 2. I use the PSX-Change disc to play imports. When I try to enter the anti-mod code, however, it freezes once I finish putting it in. I don't really know of any reasons, I've not had problems with other codes. If it would help, the code is:

D00108C6 1040
800108C6 1000
D001153C 0001

I've ran out of ideas, but nothing I've tried has worked. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get it to work? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks.

I think the problem is you've and additional code,
The Asian Code archive lists:

D00108C6 1040
800108C6 1000

as the unlock code, the additional D0011536 - 0001 you have isn't listed on there website. Try removing the last code and see if it works.

I tried that. It doesn't freeze the PSX-Change, but it doesn't bypass the anti-mod screen, either.
