Unhappy CLONE CD HELP On Errors Please

I rebuilt my computer. Prior to that, I used Clonecd with absolutely no problems. I have win98, and a plewtor 8/4/32a. WHen I firsn re-installed Clone, I got an error loss of streaming. I made an adjustment or two. Now I get

Writing to CD FAILED
Illegal Request
Invalid Field in CDB (5:0x24:0x00)

Can anyone helpme with this please?

ALso, does anyone findClones support to suck? I have emailed them several times and at best, I have gotten two answers in a 3 week period of time...

Thanks

I found when installing the OS it was best to install NERO first. Otherwise it would do a "Sanity Check" and "fix" some files it didn't like.....breaking CloneCD most likely in the process.
