Where is CloneCD "HIDE CD-R" option?

I am pretty sure I'm having the ATIP check problem and need to know how to use the Hide CD-R option in CloneCD, I have the latest version of CloneCD and cannot find this option. I read on CloneCD's website that the USA version doesn't have "Emulate weak sectors" so I thought maybe it didn't have the "Hide CD-R" option either. I downloaded the french version but got the same thing, it even installed in English. Also how do I use the "Emulate weak Sectors" option, I can't find that either.

You can either change your regional settings in your Control Panel or you can use this tool

Right click on the Clone CD Tray icon (bottom right of your screen) and you should see it there.

Yes you are correct.
Every CD-R contains an ATIP - it contains information on manufacturer, dyd type, length etc. Pressed cd's (originals) don't have an ATIP. So with modern copy protections, it checks to see if an ATIP is present, if there is then it knows it is a copy and won't run. This will help you understand why ATIP can't be copied as such.
Only cd-writers are able to read ATIP, so if you play the copy in a cd-writer then you need Hide CD-R Media running in the background. If you play the game in a non-cd writer then you may not need Hide CD-R Media.
