NeoKey Help

OK, I'm kind of a newbie when it comes to DVD rips so please bear with me. I have a NeoKey installed in my v1 Playstation 2 and it works great. I am trying to aviod paying for someone elses already ripped and patched DVD games but I have had no luck so far. I'm trying to rip WWE SmackDown, which rips successfully but doesn't play in my system. I've used multiple Rip Kits in hope to find one that actually works with no luck. I'm also running into this problem with Time Splitters 2. I was wondering if there was a generic patching program that will work with all NeoKey systems? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
