xbox live online with modchip switch?

if i install a switch on the xbox modchip
is posible.. to play live?

i can switch it off after it loads the game..

i don't there is any way to play copied games on line. I heard about people doing this, but you have to switch it at the exact time. 1 mess up, and it's over. I have not conformed this, and it has not bean officially confirmed. So, to me this is still a rumor.
