v7 ntsc color fix normal aerial lead

I have a v7 ntsc got the color fix. I'm using a normal aerial lead the pal game plays in color but the screen rolls?
Would the normal aerial lead be the problem or should it work regardless of which lead you use?

thanks,

Not sure what you are saying? It should work or the lead is the problem?

I have a Pal V7 & all my NTSC back-ups play fine using an ariel (coax) lead.
