Still working, but...

Hello all,

I was doing some cleaning up, when my ankle stepped on the ps 2 (which was on the ground), lifting it in a 45-degree angle, and the ps 2 twisted and landed on a book on the floor next to it (which probably softened the drop).

The machine still works, but since then, it has been giving a "harsher" sound when loading a game ("sinkt-sinkt" instead of "voop-voop"). The games still work fine (although it hanged once after a few hours of Tekken Tag Tournament, which is probably the disk's fault since it was in CD format instead of DVD). I'm just worried more serious problems may manifest later on.

In short, should I bring it in for repair, or as they say, don't fix something that doesn't need fixing?

Thanks,
