login in IRC EffNet and join chanel #xbins. There you will find a ftp address from where ou can download that and anoter things to xbox.

I have wasted a good hour on IRC EffNet - channel #xbins to not get this ftp site or to chat. You have a huge group of people only chatting amoungst the "in" crowd....
