Trouble burning PS2 .iso images.

I've got a couple of .iso images that require to be burned on a dvdr because of the size. I've tried both Primodvd and RecordNow and both have errored while burning. I don't know what's going on. I know the files are fine and not corrupt. Everytime I start burning, it goes about 10%-20% then it errors.
I've got a pioneer A04, running Win98. I also updated my firmware.
The funny thing is this barely started happening to me. About 2 weeks ago I was burning .gi files just fine. I thought maybe because I was inffected by a virus or something and shit started happening. So I rebooted my computer and installed all my drives again to get a fresh start and it's still the same.
Please, Please Help!!!

ok, did you reinstall the PX Engine upgrade - http://www.veritas.com/us/products/recordnow/drivers ?

Try starting from the beginning again with the backups. Use Primo to build the global image (*.gi) file and then burn back to DVD-R.

Discjuggler is another tool that you could use to burn iso format files to DVD-R.
