Pioneer DVD Writers

Could anyone please tell me whats the difference between the Pioneer A05 DVd Writer and the Pioneer 105 DVD Writer??? Which is better?

I believe that the difference is that the 105 is the bare drive, and the A05 comes with screws and everything needed to install. I believe the A05 also comes with software, whereas the 105 does not.
