This Might Play GC Backups

http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?cat...ducts_id=1964&

It probably won't play them, and it is in its first version of production. I wouldn't put any money on it. You'd still need to burn small discs to fit it into the GC anyhow.

Can you buy GC size media?

This disk only lets you play other region discs. Meaning you can play a japanese version game on an american cube and vice versa. It DOES NOT ANYWHERE SAY YOU CAN PLAY BURNED GAMES. And yes you can buy mini dvds the same that the game cube uses.

Guru Imakuni u might be right. cause if anyone remembers the game shark for the dreamcast let u play imports and burned games as well, so did the action replay for the psx. so it is possible that the freeloader could work like a boot disk. we just wont know till it comes out

Yeah, I remember that they don't market backup playing too well so they might not even mention it (or even have tried!). My PSX import player lets me play backups but they didn't even mention I still had to disc swap.
