collateral damage problem

oke here is it


I have ript a lot of movie's but never have this problem bevore.

I use the following software

1.dvd decriptor
2.info edit
3.rempeg
4. bitrate calcu....
5. prassi burn


after i have encode the video and do the vob extra and vts sec thing i have the movie @ 3.5 gb scale factor in rempeg is 80%

but the movie is playing in the water view it looks like water

i never had this problem bevore whif movie"'''''''s like spiderman
