sniper Modchip doesn't work with GAP-Bios!

I need help!!!!
I got a PS2 with the Sniper-Modchip and a GAP-Bios onboard.
And here's the problem: My DVD-RIP CDs don't work on it!!!
I've already tried all kind of combinations of resetting my PS2 and using swap-tricks, and that shit doesn't work! I think I'll go crazy!
Can anyone tell me how I'll get my RIPs working? I've spent so much money for that chip, Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez help me!

I can play normal PS and PS2 games and DVDs (Videos) but when I insert my CD with a DVD-Rip there are many things that happen but it doesn't work!
These different things happen:
1.Sometimes the PS2 reads the CD and then a blank screen remains.
2.The PS2 boots till the Playstation2 logo and then a blank screen remains.
3.The doesn't boot, there's only the PS2 Main-Menu appearing on the screen.
4.The PS2 tries to boot the CD but then it recognizes that there is no valid PS /PS2 DVD/CD in the PS2 drive

When trying to read the CD there's also coming a big noise from the PS2 drive, I only knew from my PC-CD Rom drive. But that sound only occurs when I insert my DVD-Rip CDs!
What is it all about?

We need to get to a controlled situation to know what the chip is doing. Your options are:
  1. Get a non-rip backup that is known to work elsewhere and try that
  2. Get an import original and try that
  3. Try your rip in a PS2 that is known to work with any modchip and rips

That should point to the answer. A naff rip is not out of the question.

None of the backups or original imports work!
