Magic 3/Messiah 2

i am pretty sure these are the latest no swap modchips, now i know that the magic 3 works on all ps2 versions. what about the messiah 2. and what are the differences between these 2?

and one more thing, does anyone know where i can order one from inside the states so it doesn't take forever to get here...
