I Just fubarred a V7 while fitting a Magic 2, heres how.

After installing, I booted up, got the browser screen but no further. There was a clicking sound coming from the drive (Charlieps2 instructions cover this fault). Instead of switching off straight away, I tried rebooting 3x to check operation with a back-up then an original etc.

I then got a black screen instead of the browser screen. On closer examination, one of the wires had come loose at the cd/dvd controller.

To cut a long story short, had I immediately opened up again & checked my wiring, instead of rebooting several times, I wouldn't have blown the fuse & wouldn't have had to go back to the top designer 'Argoos'

I share this with you in the hope that one day I can look back & say "ha, told you so" lol
