Iron Storm isn't quite storming

Its a nice fresh new friday, and there is practically nout out once again for the pc, however there was Iron Storm released, so i went, i got, but i could not backup, there has been a ring burnt into the cd to prevent this nasty habbit of backing up of being completed, clonyxxl can not dtect any protection, i am guessing that this is one that won't be getting backed up right now.......any ideas????
