Yes... You can boot dvd backups with the NEO 4....(swap required)
I'm working on posting the booting instructions for the NEO 4 in my Factoids: Booting Procedures for all mod chips.. I will hopefully have it up by this weekend... Copy your PS2 dvd based games with the tutorial written by Charlie_PS2... I have reposted the tutorial along with the pictures on this forum...
