Help CD-R rippin music to XBOX...

Yea i have some music on a disk and want to rip em to the xbox but the disk doesnt seem to want to let me. The best way to get in contact with me is email digitaltork**********com or AIM SN: Nymrod8. Or u can just post it here.

Are the music cd's cd-r, or cd-rw's? Or are they the ones that are mass produced (store bought)
