Hitman 2 freezes on third level!

During two parts of the third level in hitman 2 the game just decides to freeze with the music still playing and the hard drive light flashing normally. The two parts it freezes on are when you climb down the sewer and when you climb out the sewer and run over the bridge. It appears to freeze to on either one of these locations each time i play it its just random which location it freezes on. I am running windows ME and i have tried all of the different cracks available.

Can anyone help please!

Maybe cool ur CPU better?
Hot CPU causes crashes.... Open ur pc tower.... this might help

I don't think its that as firstly the levels before it contain more graphics and they don't crash and secondly before when the cpu has been overheating the music has been in a loop and the HD light doesn't come on at all. But with this crash both of these things happen. Can anyone else help?

not enough mem or settings too high on game also sound card drivers or even sound card

It Can't be the grahics or memory settings as i have a radeon 9700 and 512mb ddr pc 2100 ram. I have a sound blaster 16 do you really think this could be the problem?
