Cant make bin and cue file

Trying to extract tracks using cdrwin, but will not allow me to drag and drop. Only lets me 1.1 copy and this makes a cdr image file that i cannot patch. I am doing something wrong, trying to patch demolition derby. I have the patch from this site but cannot get that to work either.
Any help appreciated

start cdrwin
select extract disk/track/sectors
set data speed to 2x
set audio speed to 2x
set image filename
leave all other settings alone
click start and wait for your image to finish being made
now try to patch that image and make sure u have the correct patch for the country the game was released!

cdrwin 5 is a piece of s**t made by padus(discjuggler),it is just ripping off the cdrwin name so people will try it and realise for themselves what a piece of s**t it really is!!
it does not even support bin/cue files!!
