GTA 3 FPS problems
Does anyone here know how to improve fps for GTA 3... I'm not sure what most of the options do with my video card so if there are any suggestions for ways to improve fps when playing gta3 it would be greatly appreciated.
10-20 fps on GTA3 I run gta3 at 1024x768x32 with v-sync on, frame limiter off (and i want to keep those options) Comp Specs Win98se 1.4 amd athlon t-bird geforce 2 pro/gts (and yes, i have the latest video drivers) 512 mb ram If you need more info to answer my question plz let me know

Goto display options and turn trails off, then turn the two display options (can't remember what they are, I think one is Draw Distance) down to their minimum. This shuold get you a few more FPS.

sounds like its new video card time - if you dont want to change the two options you listed.
