Will the XBOX read DVD+R's

I have a question on the difference between the two standards + and - . I have heard a lot of different ideas. What is the truth to the matter and can you use a + DVD/R, RW drive to burn the GAMES. I need some info.

xbox will use any type. its just a matter of finding the right brand. go to xbox-scene.com for some better info.
