cheap cables & Expander for mem cards

can anyone give me some links for cheap ps2 s-video/av cables
lik-sang was the cheapest but they are gone.

www.lan-kwei.com is another i know but dont offer a online order section to buy on the spot, the usual retailers are a rip off for this stuff

any other cheap online shops i don't know of?

also lan-kwei sells a 32MB expander for your mem cards does anybody own one of these?
if so are there any limitations with them or do they just act like a 32MB ps2 card?

Elkay

I've got the expander which plugs into one of the PS2 memory ports and allows you to plug in both a standard PS2 8MB memory card and a 32MB Smartmedia card.

It works OK but you have to have the official PS2 Memory card inserted when you switch on the PS2 - you can then remove the official card and place it in another port - you can then copy from one card to the other. Some games do not recognise the smartmedia card.

I also got a cable to connect the unit to the parallel port of a PC. I believe however that you need to have the unit plugged into the PS2 at the same time - not neat! and I've never got the software to recognise the expander unit so that I can copy game saves from the internet to the unit or from the unit to the PC.

Hope that makes sense

Try Maplin in the UK

maplin.co.uk

I got a multi-console RGB Scart s-av cable for about £14

Works with PS1, PS2, Xbox and Gamecube
