The one I use is Menu Master. You can get it from http://www.gofrontier.co.uk/Downloads/MM211.exe.
It's a simple to use proggie that searches a destination ( I have a partition setup for burning stuff) for any extension you give it (up to about 8 wildcards available). If you have used PCZone cover disks (upto about 4 months ago, prob UK only) that is the type of front end it gives. You can assign icons and give descriptions and it only takes a few K on the CD. Very easy to use...
