DOA 3 Problem

For some strange reason when ever I try to create an ISO using IsoMaker 1.1 from my DOA 3 (4.24G) files taken from the Xbox via evo etc. it doesnt seem to work. It generates about 3.8G of the ISO then the program just closes and my PC's C drive goes back to the space it had before I started creating it. So obviously from this, I can tell it deletes the ISO when its about 90% complete. I have even tried loading the program (IsoMaker 1.1) through DOS but again after getting to about 90% of building the ISO I get a message in DOS saying "GDFIMAGE: Failed to write to target file." I've also tried to create an ISO from my Dead or Alive 3 using Xiso & Xbox ISO Tool. Both created the ISO successfully but for some strange reason it created the ISO with a file size of 3.99G. Anyway I burnt both of them using Primo and both failed to boot. Using Xiso made the Xbox drive strain to read then disc, it gave up eventually and went straight back to the dashboard. Using Xbox ISO Tool made the game boot straight but the screen just stayed black. I'm guessing these ISO makers don't like anything over 4G. Some people are getting gdfimage.exe to create successful ISO's out of files that exceed 4G and some people aint. I'm using WinXP but also have Win98 installed on my PC to, for other apps. So I tried the DOS process for IsoMaker 1.1 in Win98 and can't even get it to run. All i get is "The GDFIMAGE.EXE file is
linked to missing export KERNEL32.DLL:GetFileSizeEx."

Does anyone have any suggestions?
