could you give me a bit more infomation on your problem?

it only reads cd based games;no longer reads dvds or dvd based games

what does it do when u boot a dvd movie?
what does it do exactly when u try a dvd -game? are these originals or back-ups? what version ps2? what version of modchip? Elkay
