Pioneer A04 or Ao4 2nd Edition?

Does anyone know if there is any difference between A04 and A04 2nd Edition except the 2nd is supposed to be quieter? I am going to buy a Pioneer burner but I'm not sure which of these would be the better choice. How much noise does the regular A04 put out anyway? I know my Cd Burner is pretty loud. I would like to get something a little quieter but I also want something I can use for ps2. Thanks for any help. dano

doesn't make any noise whatsover. well i got the 104 - which is supposed to be oem version of a04. quiet as kept...
