What software will run on the same system with nero 5.5?

i have nero 5.5.1.1 oem on my system, i want to install cdr win 3.8e and lastest version of clone cd, will these 3 pieces of software work on the same system.

my writer is a yamaha 2100s, and i have no cdrw software installed at all(e.g. direct cd).

Using NERO 5.5.x.x and CLONE CD with Windows ME ... (latest Versions downloaded from Internet, but have original Keys)
No Problem, but have Plextor 24x CD-Writer
