all-in-one software ?

Hi!
I need a software to ripp and encode a DVD to DivX ( one, not three!).
I allready tried out Backup DVD v8.4 but there was always an error with my kernel32.exe after a few minutes.
Can you guys tell me the name(s) of such software ? I'm a ripping-n00b, thats why i don't want to use so much and compicated programs..... and of course because i'm lazy.
If you don't know any all-in-one software, please tell me how and with wich programms you would convert a DVD to DivX.

Hi,

use the Divx-Codec 5.0 and DVDx 2.0 and a little BitrateCalculator.
Its not 3 programs, but its two programs.
You Must have an DivX-Codec to convert dvd to divx (i hope you know hat)

use smartripper for the rip and then use flaskmpeg

verry nice tool to use
