Pal patcher

I opened it and opened gigawing.cdi in the program.. i let it loose on the file and it found a pal protection.. also probably the source of why my gigawing does not work (rgb cable).. anyway i press on the pal protection and the button "patch" appears. I press the button and don't see any confirmation that it succeeds, except that the words pal protection are gone. . but when i press search again it finds the pal protection again. . so is this normal and can i burn this iso safely or is this unusual and do i have to do something?

For the rest it seems like a cool and easy to use program

from my experience, let it search, click the patch button and then burn the iso and it works

I also confirm.
You've got my 1st release of PAL Patcher. I made a little mistake in this version because I didn't check if 50 Hz code hasn't already been patched. So PAL Patcher finds this code and tells you it's 50 Hz even if it's 60 Hz. Anyway, it will patch it 60 Hz.
