Any known Pro modder in Vancouver BC CAnada?

i need to know if anybody knows of any skilled professional in Vancouver BC area?

the person that did my ps2 seemed to have a lot'a problems....and expensive too

i really want it done once and for all without havin' to go back almost every 2 moths for "repair" that cost tons of money
