Use some proggie of your choice to create a vcd. Search the forum for vcd.

There are many programs you can use - you might already have Nero.

There is a great web page that can help you with all your VCD needs, it's www.vcdhelp.com. That page should answer all your questions about making VCD's.

ULEAD MOVIE FACTORY will convert avi, divx to mpeg and burn it to dvd, svcd, vcd it will handle the audio and video and has it's own burning engine so you can do everything from within the program.
To use it's as easy as they come and produces great results.
I've used it with low priced Traxdata and White label dvd-r media with great results.
For svcd and vcd of course you would use cd-r.
