dup-dvd help

have been trying to back up a dvd to vcd with Dup-dvd but it will only copy 1/3 of film even though i have put in registration key.
any ideas please ??

1. Your purchased serial is incorrect......therefore mail the developer.

2. You've entered a serial generated by a keygen for an earlier version..........if so, this ain't the place I'm afraid.

solution, go to cracks.am and get a crack for your version, easy!

i downloaded 2.11 it does'nt say register any where but it say's that my copy is registered but it still does not work.when it say's it needs 3 discs it copy' one then thats it.it just stops.please HELP ME
