Strange question...I found the unwrapper for that pesky Safedisk v2.51.021, and cracked The Sims Vacation. Cheaper than dashing out to buy a Lite-on burner. LOL Here's my question.

Is it possible to copy the contents of the original cd, substitute the cracked exe and reburn? I want to end up with a disk that will install and run on any computer. Without them realizing it's cracked. LOL

Anyone? Beuller?

i recommend you NOT to replace that exe with a cracked one... The Sims setup program checks if the files are original !
furthermore, you won't be able to install an expansion pack...

create a directory "crack" instead and put the unwrapped exe in there. after installation, rename the original exe to *.bak and copy the cracked exe from your cd to there.
if you want to install an expansion, you just have to rename the *.bak (the safedisc protected one) to the original filename.
