hi, did a search but couldn't find a solution

I downloaded the patch by myth...

It will start up (main menu) but when I go to start up a new game (old save game still exist.. citys on map open) but game craps out... I'm using XP, i did modify registry as per instructions

ps won't work with internet games either

Are you're graphics good? I had a problem with my backup copy and the graphics were crap. Read somewhere (don't remember where though), that one of the PAK files was corrupt. After correcting that everything worked like a charm!
