Empire Earth Problem With ??????

i have installed a backed-up Empire Earth but in the main menu i get "??????????" (question marks) instead of every option, when i installed the germen language.dll i got it fine (just in germen - a language i'm not familiar with....)

how can i get a fresh ENGLISH language.dll or maybe you have any other ideas?

You can get a fresh ENGLISH language.dll off the original Empire Earth CD, which u quite clearly own.

i made this backup for a reason and the file on the backup is defected...
