Sims LL and House Party Problems

Hi all...I am hoping someone here can help me...I have all of The Sims games expansion packs, you name I got it...I love the game...Here is the problem. I bought a new computer last year with ME on it...I can get the The sims, Hot Date and Vacation to work..But Livin Large and House Party refuse to work at all...It says it installs ok and I get as far as the laoding screens but then it just dumps to the desktop..I have tried the patches, no patches, just one game then the other..I am very frustrated..Please Help Me..

have you installed to differnt locations and uninstalled /?? as Livin it large decides that it does not like to install after you have instaleld more than once /?? (at least its similar on most comps) if you have installed to one location then un installed then installed to a different location then installed everythin it is sill in the reg...and if yo ahve not cleaned your reg from newer versions of the Sims will cause it problems..so use a REG editor or do it manually and remove every trace then completely re install!!

I have made sure to uninstall everything before trying again...My problems started the day I got a new computer..So there was no Sims on it at the time...Thanks for trying though..I can use all the help I can get...

might just be an in compatability with come thing on ur system....cant think what it could be...try contacting the techincal help! ?
