I got my NO SOLDER Coming... what all do I need?

HI, I have a NO SOLDER Mod Chip coming for my Version 4 NSTC... I think I understand that PS2 DVD-ROM games have a TOC over 640... there for it won't play for weird ass reasons... but I actually have Code Breaker right now, but I guess I will still be able to boot PS2 CD copies using Code Breaker? but I need to find DMC Demo (where that is at) to play DVD copies... but I don't have a DVD burner... just a cd burner and a dvd rom... so what can I do if anything to copy DVD games using a regular cd burner... I'm sure this as already been handled.. if I could get pointed in the right direction that would be great...
