gta 3 saving problems

When i try to load my saved games it doesn´t happen anything.
another problem is that gta3 doesn´t work very well on win xp,
i used to have win98 and was just fine but now.

for last, where can i get this gta3 v1.1 patch?

The save game problem is usually connected with the warez release

Gh is right, go and buy the game. The XP problem is solved by a patch from Micro$oft
