Question

<--Novice : PSX backup question

I have a .bin file of the psx back up game but no .cue file. Is there anyway I can burn it without the .cue file? Ive been trying to convert the bin to iso with winiso but its not working. It keeps saying something about cannot read. So my question is : Is there anyway to burn a BIN file to a CD without a CUE file. THanks much preciate it!
