Problem with copying extreme G3

I use the patch from psxcopyworld to copy my extreme G3 cd, but it doesn't work. I have S-box and gameshark version 1.9. Y i can't copy a working copy, can someone help me?

have you tried using CLONE CD to make a backup???

Also what happens when you try to boot the game??? you are using the right booting method???
