How do i downsample

Hi, I cant find any decent documentation on how to downsample DC games. Could someone point me in the right direction please.

Thank you. I dont suppose you know where to find a tutorial for Hex editing (hacking) the 1st_read.bin for original games, As all i keep finding is how to backup from a backup. I just want to backup my original games, I have 51 of them.
I know i need to change the LBA (What does this stand for?) from 45000 to 45150, or something like that. I searched for 5EB0 and found 5 instances, two qutie close together, Would it be these to i need to change to 9600. The game is Power Stone 2 (uk/pal) Whay type of game is it (e.g CDDA)
Sorry to be a pain, Im fairly new to all this

You should try to find these tools :
_ binhack.exe (changes LBA value, I think it's starting point of the session)
_ CDDA.exe (allow booting with CDDA)
_ hack.exe / hack3.EXE / hack4.exe (change the other value)
_ dahack...

i hope this is the answer to my problem, too. i have got a lot of *.afs files and want them to be downsmpled. my game is virtua tennis 2. hope this programs on this site`ll work!!!
