safedisc 1.41.001

I used safedisc analyser to find out that Simcity 3000 Unlimited
is version 1.41.001
I then used unsafedisc 1.55 to create an testme.exe from the icd file, but it still asks for the CD

Thanks for that but nocd at gamefix is access FORBIDDEN

Can you tell me how to get rid of the cd check please ?
