Alice help Win XP

I have a backup of Alice, but when in game play the blue life meter is centered up and down across the entire screen, and the red meter is nowhere to be found. All the no-cd files i've tried are the same. Anyone else with this problem?

I had that same problem, but after like 3 hours of searching I found the solution... it is actually a common problem among XP users who try to run Alice... what you have to do is go to your video card company's website and download an updated driver(s) for your specific video card and OS..... I have a nvidia tnt2 and mine was fixed once I did that. lemme know if it works out.
