windows xp shouldnt make it any different when burning psx games. Sure, windows xp does suck ass ( i know because i have it) but it works with clone cd. i have a lot of error things with other programs like dup-dvd, but i dont know if that has anything to do with xp ( it probably does ) but burning psx games shouldnt be a problem with windows xp. i dont know about burning isos though, cuz i only burn from original disks.

Hmmmm...

I may not have been too clear. I have Iso's and have no prob burning them. I want to MAKE Iso's with xp and Nero, blind read or something like that. When I go to rip the cd it acts as if there is no cd in the drive. ????
On a different note ePSXe just gives me a black screen. My cpu usage is at 99 and other program still respond. I have had it working in 9x/Me but have just decided to try with XP. Are there any new tricks I dont know of or is ePSXe not supposed to work with XP?

and just to be helpful:
Athlon XP 1800+
512mb PC2100
Asus A7V266
Promise Fasttrack 100
4-20g hard drives in raid 5
Win XP Pro
GeForce4 mx440

This should have no probs being a playstation shoud it?
my p3 800 and geforce2 mx400 ran fine.

Thanks again for any further help.

Exclamation Access layers

Make sure you have the latest access layers installed the one from microsft seem to suck---try the ones from adptec(EAsy cd creator)-----and definitle use blindread--that prog kicks ass---it reads anything ---even damaged disks and also--you can select the format (iso----bin-cue-----bwi-bwt)it's a must have if you don't want to get read errors from cdr-win(cause of a damaged disk)---I highly recommend it-----moss

do not copy a game with read errors plain and simple, if you do you will have a poor copy which will not work or will freeze when it comes across the sectors that had read errors.
