origa.com/warrenty info

Anyone who has bought from Origa.com can you tell me what there policy is on warrenty info/returning products etc.
If by some chance the chip wasn't compatible with ya machine for example.(even though they say on there site it is when they know perfectly well they haven't tested all models of PS2s with chips).
I looked all over the site and after e-mailing them twice in the past month with no response I am starting to assume they don't carry a policy.
